He currently works as senior content designer at Netflix as of October 2023.[1]

Career

Ryan started his career at The Jellyvision Lab in 2007 as a writer and director for interactive marketing and education projects. After working there for almost 8 years, he jumped to Jackbox Games (formerly Jellyvision Games from 2008 to 2013) as a game director and designer in April of 2016.[1]

Prior to joining the company, he voiced the Earwax host M.O.T.H.E.R. for The Jackbox Party Pack 2.

At Jackbox, Ryan would make his directorial debut with two games for The Jackbox Party Pack 3: Tee K.O. and Quiplash 2, the latter of which he co-directed with Steve Heinrich.

From there, Ryan would direct at least one game per pack from 2017 to 2020: Fibbage 3 and Civic Doodle for The Jackbox Party Pack 4, YOU DON'T KNOW JACK: Full Stream for The Jackbox Party Pack 5, Dictionarium and Role Models for The Jackbox Party Pack 6, and The Devils and the Details for The Jackbox Party Pack 7.

For The Jackbox Party Pack 8, Ryan served as editorial lead for Job Job and Weapons Drawn.

Ryan also co-hosted The Jackbox Party Club with Warren Arnold from 2019 to 2022.[2]

His final game he directed at Jackbox was Fibbage 4 for The Jackbox Party Pack 9. On December 2nd, 2022, Ryan DiGiorgi announced his retirement from the company.[3]

Outside of Jackbox, Ryan co-produced the first two seasons of the podcast Hello from the Magic Tavern, where he also voices the character Craig.[4]
