Legends of Trivia (stylized as LEGENDS of TRIVIA) is an upcoming trivia video game and one of five games featured in The Jackbox Party Pack 11.

The game, which combines fantasy trivia with RPG-inspired elements, involves players working cooperatively to correctly answer trivia questions to defeat monsters and villains.

Development

The game's first prototype was pitched by artist Hector Padilla back in 2019/2020. Despite receiving positive feedback, it was ultimately put on ice due to a lot of unanswered questions regarding the game's design. Years later, Nate Sandberg, who had composed the music for Dodo Re Mi, randomly asked Hector to send him all the notes and designs he had accumulated during the pitch process—the result was a small pitch team that successfully got the green light to make the trivia-RPG game for The Jackbox Party Pack 11.[1]

The game's basic premise was first unveiled during the Jackbox Games Direct on April 7th, 2025[2], where it was also revealed that the game would be directed by Warren Arnold.

The game's title, Legends of Trivia, was officially announced on June 30th, 2025[3] with an animated trailer, which would later serve as the game's intro before the main menu appears. It was also revealed in an Xbox Wire interview that the game's art and audio leads are Hector and Nate respectively.[1]

On September 12th, 2025, gameplay was revealed for the first time during The Jackbox Party Pack 11 First Look livestream.[4]
