Fibbage 3 is a trivia video game and one of five games featured in The Jackbox Party Pack 4. It is the third installment in the Fibbage series.

Gameplay

A player is chosen to pick one of five categories on their device, once picked, a strange unfinished fact related to said category will pop up on-screen. The players will then have to type in a lie that they think would convince the others into thinking it's the truth—they can also press the "Lie For Me" button, which will grant a game-generated answer. The Audience will be able to pick one out of three answer choices that the game gives to them.

Once all lies have been entered, all of them are shown on-screen, as well as the truth, and the players and Audience members will have to find out which one is the truth. They can also give likes to the answers they liked the best.

After all votes have been cast, players will earn 500 points per player they've fooled with their lie (or half if they used the Lie For Me option), and 1,000 points if they've managed to find the truth. There'll also be a like point bonus, which will grant the player 5 points per player who liked their answer.

There are also three special question types that appear in the game, these being:

  • Celebrity Social Media: A random quote from a celebrity's social media account will pop up, with the players typing in their lies for what they think could fill in the blank.
  • It's Time To Look At This: An image will show, usually portraying a blueprint or art exhibit of a certain object, and they'll have to type out a lie about what they think said object is.
  • Игра Лжи ("Game of Lies" in Russian): A seemingly strange Russian camera footage description is shown (hence the name,) and the players will have to type out a lie that they think could relate to the prompt.

The second round works just like the first, but with the point values doubled.

The final round or Final Fibbage will show one prompt with two blanks to fill in instead of one, and with the point values tripled.

Enough About You

Everyone will be shown a question on their device of which they'll have to answer within the alloted time.

Once all answers have been submitted, one of the players' asked questions will show up on-screen, with the players having to type in their lies for what they think the original player would've written. The answers are then shown on-screen, along with the player's truth, and the others will have to find out which answer's the truth.

After all votes are in, the scoring system will work just the same as in the regular mode, but the player who wrote the true answer will get a Reputation Bonus, which will earn them 1,000 points for every player who picked their truth.

Once all questions have been scoured through, the final round will commence, which will have the players type in both a truth and a lie on their device, without the restrictions of a question unlike the previous round. When all of them are in, a player's lie and truth will be shown on-screen, and the others will have to decipher which one's the truth. The players who picked the truth will earn 500 points apiece, whilst the player who wrote the lie will get 250 points per player fooled.

After all rounds have concluded, all scores are tallied up, and the player with the most points will win the game. There'll also be a cutscene showing the player(s) who've earned the most likes.
